Abstract: In Cystic fibrosis (CF) patients receiving vitamin D supplementation, 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels are significantly higher. However, there is no evidence of clinical benefit or harm in the limited number of small-sized published studies. Adherence to relevant cystic fibrosis guidelines on vitamin D supplementation should be considered until further evidence is available. Full Text

Abstract: Pressure ulcers affect approximately 10% of people in hospitals and older people are at highest risk. There is currently no clear evidence of a benefit associated with nutritional interventions for either the prevention or treatment of pressure ulcers. Abstract: The quality of evidence regarding fluid therapy in children with acute bacterial meningitis is not high-grade and there is a need for further research.
